Bill became Hammerton's President in 2005 after 25 years in Silicon Valley, where he founded and ran two venture-backed software companies. His mother was an interior designer, his favorite high school classes were wood and metal shop, and his professional passion is applying innovative business models to old-line industries, so Bill says, "Joining Hammerton made lots of sense to me. Everyone else? Not so much." Bill has a BA from UC Berkeley and an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business. He is an avid cyclist and enjoys making furniture in his home shop.
Levi has been working with metal since childhood, when he spent endless hours in his family's ornamental iron shop in Salt Lake City. He founded Hammerton in a neighbor's garage, and drew inspiration for early products from a trip to Timberline Lodge in Oregon. Since then, he has sourced design ideas from travels all over the world, and his innate understanding of metal as an art medium informs his ability to create truly spectacular lights. One of his many talents is the remarkable ability to translate rough design concepts into detailed freehand sketches, drawn entirely to scale.
The newest sales team member, Sara brings to Hammerton a strong background in strategic sales and business development, as well as a demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional service to her customers. Originally from California, Sarah is a former competitive swimmer with an MBA from Santa Clara University, and she loves to cook.
A Utah native, Cassie brings a business degree, a design background and an adventurous spirit to Hammerton. She is also no stranger to the company: “Years ago I sold Hammerton fixtures, and I was excited to learn that they now offer an incredible range of beautiful styles and price points.” She is a mother of two and an antiques enthusiast.

Raised in an Air Force family that moved all over the U.S., Cindy’s strong ‘people skills’ developed early on. After more than 20 years in sales and account management, she is thrilled to apply her professional strengths to her love for interior design at Hammerton. Outside of the office, Cindy loves to dance and spend time with her extensive family and friends.
Prior to Hammerton Kristi spent 15 years in marketing and business development, and applies a strong client service orientation and solution focus to her role on the residential sales team. “I enjoy the collaborative process,” she says. “And I love helping clients find the perfect piece and seeing their excitement in the process.” Kristi loves dancing, sports, and the outdoor Utah lifestyle.

A new member of the residential sales team, Theresa’s professional credentials combine a talent for client service with exceptional project management skills. She admits to being drawn to both the passion and standard of quality behind the Hammerton brands. Originally from Virginia, Theresa is an avid hiker and travel enthusiast, and enjoys running long distance.
Scott’s 25-year sales career includes field, channel and senior sales management positions at Black & Decker and Hunter Fan Company, where he led worldwide sales for the Casablanca division. A competitive racquetball player and musician, Scott spent many years as lead singer in a Led Zeppelin tribute band. He lives in Georgia with his wife and two dogs.
A native of New York, Margaret’s retail career began at Bloomingdale’s. She then moved through client service, brand development and inside sales positions, most recently at a Salt Lake City lighting wholesaler. She admits to have been drawn to Hammerton "by the innovative lighting designs and the exceptional team.” Margaret also enjoys yoga, books, doing community event work, and an occasional golf game.

A native of Salt Lake City, Angie brings an interior design degree and a background in small business development and marketing to her role on the Hammerton retail sales team. She loves the project management aspect of her job “and seeing the amazing detail that goes into creating a Hammerton light fixture”. When she’s not working Angie enjoys her teenage daughter, yoga, and the outdoors.
Retail Territory Manager

Formerly a sales representative for a prominent lighting showroom in Park City, Christina joined Hammerton’s retail sales team in 2017. At work, she particularly enjoys the experience of watching and learning first hand how Hammerton fixtures are made. Christina was born in Virginia but was raised in Europe, whereas a child she won a cow milking contest. She claims, “It’s the biggest trophy I own!”.
With a degree in interior design and a professional background in merchandising display, Breeann brings both a design eye and a strong problem-solving orientation to her job. “I enjoy the ability to use my creative side on a daily basis at Hammerton,” she says. A Utah native, Breeann loves to draw and paint, and studies Feng-Shui design in her free time.
Rob’s background includes over two decades of luxury sales experience in high-end lighting and furniture at companies like Kohler, Steelcase and Ebanista. Most recently he directed hospitality sales for Legrand North America, a leading lighting systems and controls company.. Rob has a degree in Architecture, an MBA, and is a Certified Lighting Consultant.
Having spent many years in the interior design industry in both New York and Salt Lake City, Jay possesses an intimate understanding of the needs of Hammerton’s design clientele. At Hammerton he loves “working with some of the best people in the industry”. Originally from Louisiana, Jay is an avid country music fan and enjoys RVing with family and friends.
Kellie originally studied law but, being a free spirit she found a better fit in relationship-based sales, which she pursued for over a decade before joining the company in 2009. “I take great care of my customers, and every day at work is different!” Kellie’s interests include sci-fi, shooting pool and the mountains of Utah. She is also a huge Dr. Who fan.

A recent addition to our hospitality sales team, Luke initially developed his strong customer orientation and attention to detail while managing guest services at a small Wisconsin university. He loves the fun work atmosphere at Hammerton where “no two days are ever the same!” Luke hails from Montana but has ridden a horse only once in his life. Outside of work Luke enjoys reading, hiking, and volleyball.
Medicine’s loss was Hammerton’s gain when Sam joined our sales team. A former neuroimmunology researcher, Sam applies her strong analytical acumen and planning skillset to managing complex residential and hospitality projects at Hammerton. Sam is an avid reader and book collector, and loves spending time with her new husband and dog.
With a degree in interior design and technical sales, Samantha worked in retail sales and visual merchandising prior to coming to Hammerton. She uses her meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills to support the residential sales team. A native of Canada, Samantha speaks 5 languages and spends her free time knitting and running road races.
