Because all Hammerton products are made to order, all returns are reviewed for approval on a case-by-case basis. Each return must be coordinated through the dealer where the product was purchased. Returned product may be subject to a restocking fee.

All items are built to order within a specific manufacturing schedule. Depending on the schedule you are in, the time from receipt of deposit to shipment generally takes 8 – 10 weeks. Custom products can take longer.
