Each Hammerton product is the result of an exacting manufacturing process that requires both highly skilled artisans and hours of manually intensive work. The process begins in product design where our advanced engineering capabilities ensure our product specifications conform to your exact requirements. Our skilled artisans then apply hammer and anvil to steel, coaxing form out of metal heated to thousands of degrees. Finishers meticulously apply a wet coat paint process that adds depth and richness to the final product. Our detailers then add shades, domes and other accents to further enhance its beauty. Finally, each light must pass an exacting quality control process before it ships to our customer.
